嘉兴古镇民宿发展状况及启示——以西塘、乌镇为例

Development of Bed-and-Breakfast in Ancient Towns in Jiaxing and Its Enlightenment——A Case Study of Xitang and Wuzhen

西塘、乌镇两个5A级古镇景区及周边民宿既是嘉兴民宿先发地区,也是新时代民宿发展的典型地区。基于对上述两个区域民宿的调查资料,对嘉兴民宿发展状况及主要特征进行了分析,嘉兴民宿经营促进了区域经济社会发展,成为推动地区经济发展的新动能,应通过政策引导、规范管理,规划引领、有序发展,挖掘"民宿+"、稳定客流,完善配套、提升服务等举措推进民宿高质量发展。

The two ancient towns rated as 5A tourist attractions,Xitang and Wuzhen,were the first areas that Bed-and-Breakfast(B&B)appeared and are the typical areas for its development in the new era in Jiaxing.Based on the survey data of the B&Bs in these two areas,the development and main characteristics of Jiaxing B&B sare analyzed.Jiaxing B&B business has promoted the regional social and economic development and become one of its new driving forces.We should advance B&B's development with high quality through measures such as police guidance and standardized regulation,planning guide and orderly development,exploitation of “B&B+” and stabilization of guest amount,and supporting facilities and service improvement.
