乡村振兴与新生代农民工返乡创业互动机制研究——基于海盐县的实证分析

On the Interactive Mechanisms Between Rural Revitalization and the New Generation of Migrant Workers' Returning to Start Their Own Business——An Empirical Analysis Based on Haiyan

以海盐县为例,分析了乡村振兴与新生代农民工返乡创业的互动关系以及存在的问题,提出应健全农村创业政策宣教制度,确保宣教工作落实到位;建立创业诉求表达应对机制,拓宽创业诉求表达渠道;建立创业扶持机制,提升新生代农民工返乡创业绩效。以期为地方政府实施乡村振兴、优化乡村发展环境、激发新生代农民工返乡创业提供理论指导。

Taking Haiyan as an example,this paper analyzes the interactive relationship between rural revitalization and the new generation of migrant workers’ returning home to start their own business as well as the existing problems.It also proposes that the rural entrepreneurship policy propaganda and education system should be improved to ensure that this work is in place;an entrepreneurial appeal expression response mechanism should be established and the entrepreneurial appeal expression channels should be broadened;an entrepreneurial support mechanism should be established to improve the performance of their entrepreneurial performance.This paper is expected to provide theoretical guidance for local governments in implementing rural revitalization,optimizing rural development environment,and stimulating the new generation of migrant workers’ returning home to start their business.
