摘要 高校攀岩教学中通过采用协同教学法,其教学形式、教学风格更加多样化,有效提高了攀岩理论教学、体能训练教学、技术教学的专业性与科学性,提高了高校教学资源的利用率,培养了大学生的团队意识,促进了大学生身体素质的提高,对大学生今后的健康生活与工作奠定了良好的基础。 Through the use of collaborative teaching method in college rock climbing teaching, its teaching style and teaching style are more diversified, which effectively improves the professionalism and scientificity of rock climbing theory teaching, physical fitness training teaching and technical teaching, and improves the utilization of college teaching resources. It has cultivated the college student's team consciousness, promoted the physical quality of college students, and laid a good foundation for the university students' healthy life and work in the future.
