宁波市绿色墙体材料行业诚信管理体系建设的对策与路径研究

绿色墙体材料具有节能环保的作用,是社会大力推行的新型墙材。目前宁波市场上绿色墙体产品种类丰富。但是,由于缺乏统一的监管制度,多数企业由老旧型生产企业转型,缺乏诚信意识,导致产品质量参差不齐,企业违规违约等现象大量存在。通过建立有效的诚信管理体系,可以规范企业的行为,创建良好的市场环境。诚信管理体系的建立可以在政府管理部门、行业协会和企业的协同作用下,通过完善企业诚信制度体系和诚信标准体系、完善企业诚信监管机制和奖惩机制、出台绿色墙体材料行业诚信管理办法等全方位措施实现。

Green wall material is an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly new-type wall material.At present,there are a variety of green wall products in Ningbo.However,due to the lack of unified supervision system and that of integrity of most enterprises as they are transformed from old production enterprises,the quality of these products is not ensured and there exist violations of rules and regulations and default of contracts by some of the companies.By establishing an effective credit management system,enterprises can standardize their behaviors and create a good market environment.The establishment of the credit management system can be achieved through the coordination of government management departments,industry associations and enterprises through the improvement of the enterprise credit system and standard system,the improvement of the enterprise credit supervision mechanism and reward and punishment mechanism,and the introduction of the green wall material industry credit management measures.
