宁波市社区服务O2O平台建设居民需求研究

Needs of Residents in the Construction of Ningbo Community Service O2O Platform

O2O(Online To Offline)平台可以实现社区服务供给方和需求方的精准对接,提升社区服务质量。对宁波市社区服务供给现状和居民需求展开问卷调查,并采用SPSS20.0进行数据分析发现,社区服务存在供给不足、覆盖不广、手段单一等问题,当前社区居民对社区服务的需求主要为基础生活服务、公益服务、文化服务和就业服务。对宁波市社区服务和O2O平台发展现状和存在问题进行分析,应建构面向社区居民、居委会、社区物业、商户、社会组织等多元主体的社区服务O2O平台框架,设计平台具体功能有利于形成供需平衡、精准高效的社区服务模式。

The O2O platform can realize the precise docking of community service provider and demander and improve the quality of community services.Based on a questionnaire survey about the present situation of community services in Ningbo,the paper uses SPSS20.0 for the data analysis,only to find that the services suffer from such problems as insufficient supply of community services,insufficient coverage and unitary means,etc.and the needs of the residents for such services include basic living services,public services,cultural services and employment services.Besides,it analyses the present situation and the existing problems of Ningbo community services and O2O platform,constructs a community service O2O platform framework that comprises neighborhood committees,community properties,merchants and social organizations and other multi-subjects and designs the specific functions of the platform,which is conducive to the formation of such community service model with balanced supply and demand and accurate and efficient service.
