摘要
为分析新工科建设背景下本科生导师制的实施效果,以应用型地方本科院校为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和访谈法收集学生对本科生导师制满意程度等信息,分析了本科生导师制的实施效果及存在的问题,提出了相关对策和建议。研究表明:学生与本科生导师交流是通畅的,其中76%的学生会主动去联系自己的本科生导师,60%的学生偶尔联系,24%的学生缺乏主动性;学生对本科生导师工作的评价较满意,比例占到了77%;学生对本科生导师制是支持的,其中86%的学生支持双向选择制度。建议:明确导师工作,推动导师制合理发展;建立评价体系,掌握导师制实施效果;加强学校管理,完善导师制相关制度。
In order to analyze the implementation effect of Undergraduate Tutor System (UTS) under the background of Emerging Engineering Education (3E),this paper uses local applied colleges as the research object,based on the questionnaire survey and the interview as well,discusses the students’ satisfaction and comprehensive quality,analyzes the implementation effect and existing problems of UTS and proposes the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that the communication between undergraduate tutors and students are excellent,76% of students would take the initiative to contact their undergraduate tutors,60% of them contact their undergraduate tutors occasionally,and 24% of them lack the initiative,besides,the students are satisfied with the work of undergraduate tutors,and the proportion accounts for 77% and the UTS enjoys much support from the students with 86% of them favor the two-way selection system.The countermeasures and suggestions given in this paper are such that the goal of UTS needs to be clear,the evaluation system to be established to master the implementation effect of UTS and the top management of the school level to be strengthened in order to further improve the mentoring system.
