高校武术社团的发展现状与对策——以福州市高校为例

The current situation and countermeasures of martial arts associations in colleges

通过文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法对福州市高校武术社团开展情况进行了调查。针对目前福州市高校武术社团男女比例不当、规模小、训练时间过短、学生课余训练时间不足、社团内部管理不规范、宣传力度过小现状,建议聘请知名专家举办武术知识的讲座,扩大宣传力度,增加宣传推广方式;制定标准和规范的管理制度,对社团进行约束和引导;在各高校间构筑畅通的沟通机制,强化相互之间的交流。

The development of college martial arts associations in Fuzhou was investigated by means of literature, interviews, questionnaires and other methods. The result revealed some problems such as improper proportion of men and women, short training time, tight schedule for students’ after-class time, irregular internal management, insufficient propaganda, etc. It is suggested that well-known experts be invited to give lectures on martial arts knowledge, to expand publicity efforts and to increase publicity and promotion methods, to formulate standards and normative management systems to restrict and guide associations, and to build a smooth communication mechanism among colleges and universities to strengthen exchanges among them.
