摘要
倾斜摄影测量是近年来发展起来的一项新兴测绘技术,应用该技术可快速地获取实景三维影像,测量成果具有现实感逼真、可量测和纹理清晰等特点.文章系统阐述了该项技术在城乡风貌展示、规划辅助决策、违章建筑监测、传统和历史建筑保护等方面对于城市规划、建设与管理的作用及意义,并讨论了该项技术在城市建设与管理其他领域的应用及发展前景.
Oblique photogrammetry is an emerging technology of surveying and mapping projects developed in recent years. This technology can quickly acquire real-time 3D images; the measurement results are characterized by lifelike,measurable,texture-clear,etc. The paper systematically expounds the role and significance of this technology in urban planning,construction and management in urban and rural features displaying,planning assistant decision-making,illegal building monitoring,and traditional and historical building protection.
