翻译控制肿瘤蛋白及其生物学功能研究进展

摘要 翻译控制肿瘤蛋白(TCTP)是一种在真核生物中广泛分布、序列上高度同源的蛋白.该蛋白功能多样,广泛参与细胞增殖与分化调控、细胞骨架调节、细胞凋亡抑制、肿瘤逆转和免疫应答等生物学过程.文章就国内外在TCTP的结构、分布及其功能方面的研究进展作一简要概述. Translationally-controlled tumor protein(TCTP) is a highly conserved protein which is ubiquitously distributed among eukaryotes. Its function spans numerous biological processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation regulation, cytoskeletal regulation, apoptosis inhibition, tumor reversal and immune responses. This paper gives a brief overview of the research developments in the structure,distribution and functions of TCTP at home and abroad.
