摘要
为避免线路倒送电引起的人身触电事故,中置柜内电缆头在拆搭作业时需始终保持接地状态.研制了一种专门装设于中置柜电缆终端的接地线夹,它采用中空框形布局和螺旋压紧平口式钳嘴,可直接固定在电缆终端接线鼻子上而不影响终端的拆卸和安装.选用紧固力、接触电阻和温升这三个性能指标来评估接地线夹的电气性能和机械性能,仿真和实测结果表明其性能满足要求.
In order to avoid accidents of personal electric shock caused by line switching,the HV Cable Terminals in Central Withdrawable Metal-enclosed Switchgear should always be grounded in operating the terminals. A ground clamp special for the HV Cable Terminals was developed in the paper. This clamp is in the form of a window. Its parallel-jaw is clamped by the use of lead screw pair. It can be assembled to the HV Cable Terminals without affecting the connection or disconnection of the terminals. Tightening force,contact resistance and temperature rise were chosen as the performance indices to evaluate the electrical and mechanical performances of the clamp. Simulation and measured value show that these performances meet the requirements.
