Targeted poverty alleviation is the result of Xi Jinping’s reflection on his early experience in grass-roots work and poverty alleviation,and of his wisdom in dealing with the problems of the times.Originated from the sense of mission to accomplish historical tasks,Xi’s thought has rich connotations,including seeking truth from facts,“six preciseness”,“five batches”and focusing on key points.It shows that the leadership of the Party has the important theoretical value of inheriting,enriching and developing Marxist theory of common prosperity and Marxist mass outlook.It also has the practical significance of providing guidance for fighting against poverty,building a well-off society in an all-round way and the international significance of contributing to the world’s poverty alleviation work.
