共享经济是对传统经济的"供给侧改革",以实现"物尽其用"和"按需分配"的价值目标,追求企业交易成本最小化,对我国经济改革和社会进步具有重大意义。而被誉为互联网时代"新四大发明"之一的共享单车,作为移动互联网和租赁自行车融合的新型服务模式和共享经济新形态的代表,开启了新的城市文明时代,解决了公共交通"最后一公里"困扰,但资本的逐利性渐渐异化了共享经济理念,导致诸多城市治理问题。因此以共享经济新形态的代表共享单车现存问题的解决来排除共享经济发展过程中的障碍,更好的发展共享经济显得尤为必要。

The sharing economy is a“supply-side reform”to the traditional economy,in order to realize the“best use”and“as needed”value objectives,and to minimize the transaction costs of enterprises,which is of great significance to China’s economic reform and social progress.The shared bicycle,which has been hailed as one of the"new four major inventions"in the Internet era,as a representative of the new service model of integration of mobile internet and rental bicycles and the new form of sharing economy,has opened a new era of urban civilization and solved the problem of public transportation.The last one kilometer is troubled,but the profit-seeking nature of capital has gradually alienated the idea of sharing economy,leading to many urban governance problems.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to eliminate the obstacles in the development of the shared economy by solving the existing problems of sharing bicycles in the new form of sharing economy to better develop the shared economy.
