摘要 随着近几年国家PPP模式的推行以及"一带一路"方针的推进落实,传统电力施工企业以往单一的业务能力已经远远不能满足现代化生产生活的需求,因此探究出一些多元化的创新运管模式,在电力施工企业参与行业竞争中显得日益重要。着重以电力施工企业为例,探索在行业发展新形势下,电力施工企业通过体制创新,推进企业向总承包模式转型,运用管理创新进而实现企业全生命多元化的运营效果,提高企业的综合实力,增强在行业中竞争力。 With the implementation of the national PPP model and the implementation of the“One Belt,One Road”policy in recent years,the traditional single power business capacity of traditional power construction companies has been far from meeting the needs of modern production and life,so some innovative innovations have been explored.The mode is increasingly important in the participation of power construction companies in the industry competition.Focusing on electric power construction enterprises as an example,under the new situation of industry development,electric power construction enterprises will promote the transformation of enterprises into general contracting mode through system innovation,and use management innovation to realize the diversified operational effects of enterprises and improve their comprehensive strength.Enhance competitiveness in the industry.
