农业发展的关键在于农业科技人才,河南省农业要有长足的进展,必须加强对农业科技人才的培养。当前,河南省农业科技人才发展政策不够完善、培育资金缺乏、总量少、结构失衡、培养体系不健全。对此,应该根据河南省农业科技人才的实际情况,以农业科技人才为中心,加大资金投入、健全相关政策,建立具有河南省特色的结构合理的农业科技人才队伍。
