民办高校学生公寓辅导员队伍建设模式初探——以新疆天山职业技术学院为例

A Preliminary Study on the Construction Model of College Student Apartment Counselor Team in Private Colleges and Universities--Take Xinjiang Tianshan Vocational and Technical College as an example

宿舍是大学生在校期间的主要生活场所,是大学生思想政治教育的主要阵地。学生公寓辅导员是宿舍的管理者,由高年级优秀学生担任,履行宿舍长责任,是老师与同学的桥梁和纽带,其重要作用不可忽视。本文主要结合实践从意识、选拔和培养三个层面提出建设学生公寓辅导员队伍,旨在进一步提升学校教育教学管理水平。

Dormitory is the main living place of college students during their school life, and the main position of Ideological and political education of College students. Student apartment counselors are the managers of dormitories. They are excellent students in senior grades. They perform the responsibilities of dormitory president. They are the bridge and link between teachers and classmates. Their important role can not be ignored. Based on practice, this paper proposes to build a team of student apartment counselors from three levels of consciousness, selection and training, aiming at further improving the level of school education and teaching management.
