Supply-Side Structural Reform of Basic Public Services

当前,我国供给侧结构性改革主要集中在问题突出的私人产品领域,但如何推进基本公共服务领域供给侧结构性改革,满足人民对更高质量基本公共服务的需求,是提升人民幸福感、获得感,化解新时代社会主要矛盾的关键。基本公共服务作为人民美好生活需要的重要体现,供给体系不完善、供给总量不充分、结构不平衡、效率不高等问题日益突出,严重影响了实现全面建成小康社会目标进程。鉴于此,文章以供给侧结构性改革为突破口,基于"是什么、为什么、怎么样"的逻辑思路探讨了我国基本公共服务领域的供给侧结构性改革。

The current supply side structural reform in our country mainly focuses on the problems of private products, but how to promote the structural reform of the basic public services supply side and satisfy people's demand for higher quality of basic public services is the key to improve people's happiness and the sense of achievement, and conciliate the principal social contradictions in the new era. Basic public services is taken as an important embodiment of the good life. However, problems such as imperfect supply system, insufficient supply, unbalanced structure and inefficiency are becoming prominent and seriously affect the realization of the goal of build a well-off society in an all-round way. In view of this, this paper discusses the supply side structural reform of basic public services in China using the logic of "what, why, how".
