基层公共数字文化资源整合研究:以淮安市为例

Research on the Integration of Public Digital Cultural Resources at Grassroots Level:Taking Huai'an as an Example

论文结合"文化淮安"淮安市公共数字文化综合服务平台创建第三批国家公共文化服务体系示范项目工作,通过分析我国公共数字文化服务现状,思考推进基层公共数字文化服务工作办法,对"文化淮安"项目进行分析与总结,探索基层公共数字文化资源整合新模式,以实现公共文化服务的均等化发展,全面推动地方公共文化服务体系建设。

Combining the work of the public digital cultural comprehensive service platform “Culture Huai’an” of Huai’ an City building the third batch of demonstration projects of the national public cultural service system, this paper analyzes the current situation of public digital cultural service in China, and considers how to promote the work of grassroots public digital cultural service. It makes an analysis and summary of the “Culture Huai’an” project and explores a new mode of integrated grass-roots public digital cultural resources, in order to achieve the equalized development of public cultural services and promote the construction of local public cultural services system in an all-round way.
