公共食品安全类网络舆情的政府应对策略研究

The Study on the Governments' Countermeasures to the Internet Public Opinion Related to Public Food Safety

随着互联网的迅速发展,网络媒体已成为公众感知信息的重要渠道。在公共食品安全类突发事件中,网络舆情经常影响事件演化的走势。以海南"毒西瓜"事件为个案进行研究,可以透视当前公共食品类网络舆情的成因以及政府应对问题。为了有效应对此类网络舆情引致的危机,建议进一步完善网络立法,打击不实谣言,建立政府专门的网络舆情监控与预警系统,强化舆情应对的联合调查取证和信息公开,提升政府舆情应对和危机化解能力。

With the rapid development of the Internet,the Internet media has become an essential way for people to communicate.As a result,online public opinion has played an important role in the evolution of public food safety emergency.This paper takes the incident of poison watermelon of Hainan as an example to analyze the causes of public food safety issues and the reasons why the government has failed to cope with it.In order to improve the government's ability of responding to public opinion and crisis management,it is suggested to improve the network legislation to combat false rumors,to establish a special government network public opinion monitoring and early warning system,and to strengthen the joint investigation and evidence collection and information disclosure.
