摘要
实践环节是工程硕士研究生培养的核心,是专业学位研究生培养向社会的延伸,高质量的专业实践对人才培养将会产生重要的影响。以东华理工大学涉核工程硕士为例,分析专业实践环节培养过程中所出现的问题,利用学校在核特色专业硕士研究生教育培养方面所具备的优越条件,提出以提升实践能力为导向的"三贯通式"涉核工程硕士研究生培养模式,探索专业实践环节的培养路径,为提升涉核工程硕士人才培养质量探索一条有效途径。
Practice,the core of engineering postgraduate training,is the extension of professional degree postgraduate education to society.High-quality professional practice will have a major impact on talent cultivation.Taking the Masters of Nuclear Engineering in East China University of Technology as an example,we analyze the problems existing in the process of professional practice training.Under the superior conditions in the nuclear features,"three-through type"mode for training nuclear engineering Masters is put forward,as the guidance of enhancing practical ability,to explore the effective path of practice for improving training quality of nuclear engineering talents.
