地方高校土地资源管理专业毕业生就业现状与对策分析

Land Resource Management Graduates' Employment and Countermeasures in Local Colleges and Universities

新形势下高校应届毕业生的就业状况十分严峻,尤其在地方高校,他们常常会受到培养模式、就业渠道和专业局限等因素的影响。通过对某地方高校土地资源管理专业近四年毕业生就业情况进行统计分析,在研究和探讨的基础上提出应对措施,为该专业人才培养方案修订和专业建设改革提供数据与理论支撑,从而促进该专业毕业生的就业状况。

Under the new situation,college graduates'employment situation is very serious.Especially in local colleges and universities,graduates are often subject to the training mode,employment channels,professional limitations and other factors.This paper carries on a statistical analysis of the land resource management graduates'employment situation of a local university over the recent four years.Based on the research and discussion the paper puts forward some countermeasures.Thus,some data and theoretical support are provided for the revision of the scheme of cultivating the professional talents and the reform of professional construction so as to promote the graduates'employment.
