双模互融营养行为干预对3～4期慢性肾病患者的作用效果

Effect of dual-mode intermixed nutritional behavior intervention on patients with chronic kidney disease at stage 3～4

目的探讨3～4期慢性肾病患者双模互融营养行为干预效果。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月我院接受诊治的3～4期慢性肾病患者100例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与试验组,对照组接受常规营养行为干预,试验组接受双模互融营养行为干预。比较两组患者行为改变与自我效能、SGA评分。结果两组患者干预后在行为改变与自我效能、SGA评分的比较存在显著性差异,试验组行为改变与自我效能评分显著高于对照组,SGA评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用双模互融干预法对3～4期慢性肾病患者施加营养行为干预,可显著提升患者营养行为改变与效能,赢得较好的营养状态改观效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention in patients with chronic nephropathy in stage 3~4.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with stage 3~4 chronic kidney disease who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was treated with routine nutritional behavior intervention.The experimental group was treated with dual-mode intermixed nutritional behavior intervention.Behavioral changes and self-efficacy,as well as SGA scores of the two groups were compared.Results There was a significant difference in behavioral changes,self-efficacy,and SGA scores between the two groups after the intervention.The behavioral changes and self-efficacy scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The SGA score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nutritional interventions in patients with stage 3~4 chronic kidney disease by dual-mode intermixed nutritional intervention can improve the nutritional behavior change and efficacy of patients significantly.As a result,it has better improvement effect of nutritional status.
