全程护理干预在老年性痴呆患者中的应用效果

Application effect of whole-course nursing intervention in patients with Alzheimer disease

目的探讨全程护理干预在老年性痴呆患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月至2017年12月在我院接受治疗被确诊为老年痴呆的患者92例为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组则在对照组基础上实施全程护理干预。比较两组患者的简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及并发症(压疮、肌肉萎缩、肺炎等)发生情况。结果观察组患者的MMSE评分、ADL评分、HAMD评分改善效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者的并发症发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论将全程护理干预应用于老年痴呆患者,可以提高患者日常生活能力与认知功能,改善患者的抑郁症状,降低并发症的发生率,还可以减轻家庭的经济压力与精神负担,在临床上有应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course nursing intervention in patients with Alzheimer disease.Methods To select 92 cases of patients diagnosed with Alzheimer disease who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given whole-course nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,activities of daily living scale(ADL)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and complications(pressure sores,muscle atrophy,pneumonia,etc.)of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of MMSE score,ADL score and HAMD score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying whole-course nursing intervention to patients with Alzheimer disease can improve patients'daily living ability and cognitive function.In addition,it can improve patients'depressive symptoms as well as reduce the incidence of complications and the family's economic stress and mental burden.So it has clinical application value.
