Effect of Pender health promotion model on postoperative functional exercise in patients with limb fracture

目的探讨Pender健康促进模式对四肢骨折患者术后功能锻炼效果。方法选取2015年2月至2017年2月我院接受治疗的四肢骨折患者138例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用Pender健康促进模式。比较两组患者干预前后的健康行为评分、不良情绪和关节活动度。结果干预后两组患者健康行为量表评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P <0. 05);干预后观察组患者关节活动度高于对照组(P <0. 05);干预后两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 Pender健康促进模式能够根据四肢骨折患者个体情况,针对性的进行功能锻炼,有效提高患者术后功能锻炼效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Pender health promotion model on postoperative functional exercise in patients with limb fracture.Methods To select 138 cases of patients with limb fractures who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 as study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group was treated with Pender health promotion model on the basis of the control group.The health behavior scores,adverse emotions,and joint mobility of patients in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the health behavior scales scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the joint mobility of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pender health promotion model can guide patients to perform functional exercise according to the individual condition of patients with limb fractures.As a result,it can effectively improve the postoperative functional exercise effect.
