问题解决疗法对肾脏移植手术患者焦虑与抑郁的影响

Effect of problem-solving therapy on anxiety and depression in patients with kidney transplantation

目的探讨问题解决疗法对肾脏移植手术患者焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)的影响,为临床的诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月我院接受治疗的86例肾脏移植手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组45例和对照组41例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受问题解决疗法,1个月后,比较两组患者的SAS,SDS量表评分以及希望水平评分。结果两组患者干预前SAS,SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后,观察组患者的SAS,SDS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者干预前希望水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后,观察组患者希望水平评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论问题解决疗法对缓解肾脏移植手术患者的负性情绪具有积极作用,能够提高患者的希望水平,临床应进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of problem-solving therapy on anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in patients with kidney transplantation,and to provide scientific evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with kidney transplantation who underwent treatment in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group with 45 cases and control group with 41 cases.The control group was treated by traditional nursing,while the observation group was given problem-solving therapy on the basis of the control group.One month later,the SAS,SDS scale score and the desired level score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the desired level between the tow groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the patients in the observation group had a higher level of hope than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Problem-solving therapy has a positive effect on alleviating negative emotions in patients undergoing kidney transplantation.Furthermore,it also can improve the patient's hope level.
