预见性护理在急性胃穿孔患者单纯修补术术后护理中的应用

Application of predictive nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with acute gastric perforation after simple closure operation

目的探讨预见性护理在急性胃穿孔患者单纯修补手术术后护理中的应用。方法选取2014年1月至2018年1月我院收治的94例急性胃穿孔患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者在单纯修补手术后给予常规护理,研究组患者在进行单纯修补手术后给予预见性护理。比较两组患者单纯修补术后护理效果和不同时间段疼痛评分。结果研究组急性胃穿孔患者的护理效果显著优于对照组(P <0. 05);疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论预见性护理应用于急性胃穿孔患者单纯修补手术后,可提高患者的护理效果,减轻患者不同时间段的疼痛,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of predictive nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with acute gastric perforation after simple closure operation.Methods To select 94 cases of patients with acute gastric perforation admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine nursing after simple closure operation.The patient in the study group were treated with predictive nursing after simple closure operation.The nesting effect and pain scores of patients in the two groups after the simple closure operation were compared.Results The nursing effect of patients with acute gastric perforation in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can improve the nursing effect of patients with acute gastric perforation after simple closure operation.In addition,it can reduce the pain of patients in different time periods.It’s worthy of wide clinical popularization and application.
