摘要
目的探讨视频互动宣教对阴道畸形患者手术后模具应用效果的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2018年3月于我院接受治疗的阴道畸形患者128例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者等分为对照组和试验组。两组患者均佩戴阴道模具固定带,对照组首次使用时在护士的指导下进行,此后若遇到佩戴问题可通过电话、门诊等,试验组患者在对照组基础上增加视频互动宣教。比较两组患者并发症发生情况及健康宣教满意度。结果试验组患者在宣教内容、宣教方式、宣教效果、工作态度方面均高于对照组(P <0. 05);试验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论视频互动宣教能够提高患者的满意度,降低其术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of video interactive education on the application of mold among patients with vaginal malformation after operation.Methods To select 128 cases of patients with vaginal malformation who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2018 as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group with the same number of patients according to the random number table method.Both groups of patients were wearing a vaginal mold fixation band.Patients in the control group was guided by the nurses for the first time.After that,if there were wearing problems,the patients could consult by telephone or outpatient service.Patients in the experimental group received video interactive education on the basis of the control group.The complications and health education satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The patients in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group in terms of education content,education mode,education effectiveness,and work attitude(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Video interactive education can improve patients’satisfaction and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
