康复训练联合健康教育对脑梗死患者神经功能和肢体运动功能的影响

Effect of rehabilitation training combined with health education on neurological function and limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨早期康复训练联合健康教育对脑梗死患者神经功能、肢体运动功能的影响效果。方法选取2015年12月至2017年5月我科收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者92例作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规治疗和健康教育,观察组给予早期康复训练。比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预前两组患者脑循环动力学指标、NIHSS,FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);干预后观察组患者脑循环动力学指标Vmin,Qmin水平和FMA评分高于对照组,CP,R水平和NIHSS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论脑梗死患者采用早期康复训练联合健康教育可改善脑部血液动力学指标、神经功能和下肢肌张力,提高肢体运动功能。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training combined with health education on neurological function and limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods To select 92 cases of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction who were admitted to our department from December 2015 to May 2017 as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group randomly.The control group was given routine treatment and health education,while the observation group was given early rehabilitation training.The clinical effects of patients after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in brain hemodynamics index,NIHSS and FMA scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,Vmin level and Qmin level of the cerebral circulation dynamics indicators and FMA scores in the observation group were higher than that of the control group.The CP and R levels as well as the NIHSS score of patient in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with health education in patients with cerebral infarction can improve brain hemodynamics index,neurological function and lower limb muscle tone,thus improving limb motor function.
