甘州区实施“粮改饲”政策的分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on the Implementation of “Grain to Feed” Policy in Ganzhou District

"粮改饲"政策是我国为推动农业转方式、调结构而提出的一项新内容,也是农业供给侧结构性改革的重要举措之一。本文对甘肃省张掖市甘州区近三年来"粮改饲"政策的实施情况进行了回顾,总结了政策实施以来取得的成效与经验,分析了存在的困难及问题,旨在为甘州区进一步推进"粮改饲"工作提供一定的理论指导。

The policy of"Grain to Feed"is a new content that will promote the agricultural transformation and structural adjustment in china and is also one of the important measures of agricultural supplyside structural reform.This article reviewed the implementation of the policy in Ganzhou district during the past three years,summarized the achievements and experience gained since the policy had been implemented and analyzed the existing difficulties and problems so as to provide certain theoretical instructions for further promoting the implementation of the policy.
