大吨位箱梁落梁仿真分析与试验研究

摘要 在高架桥施工过程中,高位制梁为现浇梁区间段提供了多工作面,有效缩减施工工期。城市地铁轨道桥梁混凝土箱梁吨位重,高位落梁风险大,落梁过程控制很有必要。本文结合成都地铁5号线起点到华桂路站区间9#轴~10#轴高位落梁施工过程,对落梁全过程进行支架应力监测,保证结构的安全性。分析结果表明钢管柱和梁体结构应变在落梁过程期间稳定,无异常、突变,且落梁时梁体无明显抖动。 During the construction of viaduct, high-level beam system provides multiple working faces for cast-in-situ beam section, effectively reducing the construction period. The concrete box girder of urban metro track bridge is heavy in tonnage and risky in falling out of high position, so it is necessary to control the falling process. Based on the construction process of 9 # axis ~10 # axis high drop beam in the section from the starting point of Chengdu Metro Line 5 to Huagui Road Station, the whole process of drop beam is monitored to ensure the safety of the structure. The analysis results show that the structural strain of steel tube column and beam body is stable during the falling process, and there is no abnormal and sudden change, and there is no obvious jitter of beam body when falling.
