遗忘元认知的研究进展

Research Progress of Forgetting Metacognition

以往有关元记忆监测判断的研究多考察人们对自己记忆能力的知晓程度,近来研究者们开始关注人们如何知晓自己的遗忘能力。研究多采用学习判断任务,在项目法定向遗忘范式下,让被试预测未来的识记和遗忘情况,并与客观的记忆成绩相比较来考察预测判断的准确性。文章介绍了遗忘判断的相关研究、遗忘判断与识记判断的区别以及遗忘过程中人们的策略控制。未来研究可采用TNT研究范式,拓展研究领域,加深人们对遗忘元认知机制的认识。

The past studies of metamemory monitoring judgement mostly focuses on how people know their ability to remember information.Recently,researchers have begun to pay close attention to how people know their ability to forget information.The studies mostly use the task of JOL and ask the subjects to predict the future condition of remembering and forgetting under the item-method directed forgetting paradigm,and contrast it with the objective remembering performance to explore the accuracy of predictive judgement.The paper introduces the researches related to JOF,the difference between JOF and JOM,and the strategy control in the course of forgetting.The future research may use the TNT paradigm,expand the field,and deepen the understanding of metacognitive mechanism of forgetting.
