英国旅游教育的产教融合取向——以UWL旅游管理本科教育为例 被引量:3

摘要 深化产教融合是我国旅游高等教育改革的必然趋势。英国是旅游产业最发达国家之一,旅游教育始于20世纪40年代,专业教育与职业资格紧密结合。以英国西伦敦大学盖勒酒店与旅游学院的旅游本科教育为例,通过对旅游与烹饪艺术管理专业课程设置、学分要求、考核评估及实习实践等的分析,阐述产教融合条件下学校与企业对接、专业与产业对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接以及学历证书与资格证书对接的具体情况,以期为我国旅游高等教育教学改革提供借鉴。 Deepening the integration of industry and education is an inevitable trend in the reform of higher education of tourism in China. UK is one of the most developed countries in tourism industry. Its tourism education started in the 1940 s and the professional education was closely combined with the professional qualification. By taking the tourism undergraduate education of Gellar Hotel and Tourism School of UWL in UK as an example,and analyzing the curriculm setting,credit requirement,examination and evaluation and practice,etc. of majors of tourism and culinary arts management,the paper expounds the connections between universities and enterprises,specialtites and industries,content of curriculum and professional standards,teaching process and production process,academic certificate and professional qualification under the condition of integration of industry and education so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of higher education of tourism in China.
