某车型MDB侧面碰撞热成型B柱撕裂结构优化 被引量:1

Structure Optimization for Rupture of Hot Forming B-pillar in Moving Deformable Barrier Side Impact Test for a Vehicle

摘要 为解决某车型侧面移动式可变形壁障碰撞试验热成型B柱撕裂问题,采用计算机辅助工程建立了与试验对标良好的侧面碰撞仿真模型。通过仿真模型分析找到了B柱撕裂的原因,提出了弱化B柱根部区域门槛加强板支撑盒和改进焊点工艺的优化方案。试验结果表明:该优化方案能够有效降低撕裂区域应力集中,B柱没有出现撕裂问题,提高了车身侧面碰撞安全性能。 In order to solve the rupture of hot forming B-pillar in moving deformable barrier( MDB) side impact test for a vehicle,an MDB side impact simulation model agreeing well with the test results was established based on CAE( computer aided engineering) to solve this problem. The reason of ruptured B-pillar was found out by the CAE model,and a new optimization scheme that weakening sill support box on B pillar root area and improving the solder process was put forward. The test results show that the new optimization scheme can effectively reduce stress concentration in the rupture zone,and no rapture phenomenon of B-pillar appears,which improving the safety performance of vehicle in MDB side impact.
