摘要
随着汽车行业发展迅速,对汽车照明系统的要求日益提高。光导的使用不仅提高车灯的欣赏性,而且减少LED光源使用、降低成本。该光导的加工方式主要是注射成型,配光无法达到要求。主要针对某一光导在氮气隔绝条件下注射成型,验证其对光导的配光改善效果。实验证明:氮气对配光改善无显著影响,同时降低了各测试坐标点配光的合格率。
With the rapid development of automobile industry,the requirement of automobile lighting system is increasing day by day.The use of light guide not only improves the appreciation of car lights,but also reduces the use of LED light source and costs. This light guide is made in the way of injection molding and its photometric test failed. The injection molding of a certain light guide in nitrogen isolation condition was studied to verify its improvement effect on light guide. The results show that injecting with nitrogen has not significant influence on photometric test and can reduce the yield of test point at the same time.
