The aluminum alloy wheel industry has entered the era of low profit,prompting the rim industry to explore the way of energy saving and consumption reduction. By optimizing the machining allowance of the rim part and the thickness of the die steel,the weight of the blank was reduced,the metal utilization rate was improved,and the energy consumption and the production cost of the raw materials were reduced.
