摘要
为了解决BSG双向张紧器阻尼衬套磨损问题,分析造成阻尼衬套磨损的主要原因;采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,分析BSG电机能量回收发动机全负荷输出时,对应张紧器摆幅是否在许用范围之内。试验结果表明:在发动机全负荷输出,且BSG电机实现能量回收时,张紧器连续摆幅超标会造成内部阻尼衬套磨损失效。
For solving the wear problem of bidirectional tensioner damping bush breakage,the main cause of damping bush breakage was analyzed. With the help of theoretical analysis and experimental research,whether the swing amplitude of the corresponding tensioner is within the allowable range was analyzed,when the engine was fully loaded amd the energy recovery of BSG motor was carried out. The experimental results show that when the engine all loads and BSG motor realizing energy recovery,excessive continuous swing of tensioner will result in breakage failure of internal damping bush breakage.
