摘要 混合现实技术(mixed reality,MR)是基于虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)和增强现实技术(augmented reality,AR)进一步发展而来的一种全新数字全息影像学技术,同时具备空间感和立体感。目前,我国骨科教学培训面临诸多难题,教学环境不容乐观,教学成本常年居高不下,教学成效也颇受影响。该项技术应用于临床骨科教育可有效弥补传统教学模式弊端,提高教学质量,丰富教学手段,让骨科教学显得更加高效、精准和直观,并进一步能逐步推动骨科教育培训模式的革新,为骨科的规范化教学培训提供强有力的技术支持。混合现实技术可作为一种创新型教学方法,在骨科教学培训中的应用值得进一步探索和推广。 Mixed reality technology is a new digital holographic imaging technology, which was developed from virtual reality technology and augmented reality. And it is characterized by a sense of space and threedimensional at the same time. Nowadays, teaching and training methods of orthopedics in our country are facing many difficulties, the teaching environment is not optimistic, the teaching cost is high, and the teaching effect is also affected. The application of this technology in clinical orthopedic education can effectively remedy the drawbacks of traditional teaching mode, improving teaching quality, enriching teaching methods, making orthopedic teaching more efficient, accurate and intuitive, and further promoting the innovation of orthopedic education and training mode, and lastly provide powerful technology for orthopedic standardized teaching and training. Mixed reality technology can be used as an innovative teaching method, and its application in orthopedic teaching and training deserves further exploration and promotion.
