医学核心课程质量提升的调控措施

摘要 目的对大连大学医学院核心课程改革取得的成效与存在的问题进行了认真分析,并针对性提出了改进措施。方法委托麦克思公司对本院2009~2011届毕业生进行和核心课程评价调查,并对调查结果进行对比总结分析。结果毕业生对核心课程重要度、满足度评价普遍较高,并普遍希望加强培养专业必修课。实习和实践环节不足以满足毕业生需求,有待提高。结论通过麦可思报告关于核心课程的数据分析,有助于分析课程建设存在的问题,提出更有助于课程建设的具体措施,从而进一步提高课程建设水平,提升人才培养质量。 Objective This paper analyzes the achievement and existing problems of the core curriculum reform of Medical College of Dalian University and puts forward some measures to improve it. Methods MyCos Corporation was entrusted to conduct a a core course evaluation survey for the graduates of our college from 2009 to 2011, and the results of the survey were compared and summarized. Results Graduates generally have a high evaluation of the importance and satisfaction of core courses, and generally hope to strengthen the training of professional compulsory courses. Practice and practice links are not enough to meet the needs of graduates, and need to be improved. Conclusion The analysis of data on the core curriculum in MyCos report will help to analyze the existing problems in curriculum construction, and put forward specific measures that are more conducive to curriculum construction, so as to further improve the level of curriculum construction and improve the quality of talent training.
