我院感染性医疗废物监管成效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Infectious Medical Waste Supervision in our Hospital

目的加强对我院感染性医疗废物的监管,促进医院感染性医疗废物的管理水平。方法对我院感染性医疗废物管理数据进行半年度分析,确定我院感染性医疗废物管理中存在分类不清、收集不当、标识不全、防护不当、称重有误等问题。通过成立医院医疗废物安全委员会、采用目视管理法、建立完善的培训制度、定期开展联合督查、建立奖惩措施、启用医疗废物追溯系统的方法,加强监管力度。结果应用一系列监管措施后,对比监管前后的半年度数据,我院感染性医疗废物管理中出现的问题从36件降至8件,降幅达到77.78%。结论我院感染性医疗废物管理效果明显。

Objective To strengthen the supervision of infectious medical waste in our hospital, and to promote the management level of infectious medical waste in our hospital. Methods The data of infectious medical waste management in our hospital were analyzed semi-annually, and the problems of unclear classification, improper collection, incomplete identification, improper protection and wrong weighing were identified in the management of infectious medical waste in our hospital. Through establishing hospital medical waste safety committee, adopting visual management method, establishing perfect training system, regularly carrying out joint inspection, establishing reward and punishment measures, and launching traceability system of medical waste, the supervision is strengthened. Results After applying a series of supervision measures, compared with the semi-annual data before and after supervision, the problems in the management of infectious medical waste in our hospital decreased from 36 to 8, a decrease of 77.78%. Conclusion The management effect of infectious medical waste in our hospital is obvious and worth popularizing.
