腹腔镜远端胃癌根治与开腹对早期胃癌的影响

The Effect of Radical Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy and Open Laparotomy on Early Gastric Cancer

目的分析腹腔镜远端胃癌根治与开腹对早期胃癌的影响。方法选取2013年3月—2018年3月我院收治的早期胃癌患者90例作为研究对象。根据电脑随机分配的原则,将所有患者均分为两组,参照组45例患者予以传统开腹手术治疗,研究组45例患者予以腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术治疗,总结两组患者的治疗效果。结果对比两组患者的围术期指标,研究组优于参照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者不同手术后的并发症发生率,研究组(4.4%)低于参照组(22.2%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论早期胃癌患者应用腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术可缩短手术用时,减少术中出血量。

Objective To analyze the effect of radical laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and open laparotomy on early gastric cancer. Methods Ninety patients with early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the principle of computer random allocation, all patients were divided into two groups. 45 patients in the control group were treated with traditional laparotomy. 45 patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were summarized. Results Compared with the perioperative indicators of the two groups, the study group was better than the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparing the incidence of complications after different operations between the two groups, the study group(4.4%) was lower than the reference group(22.2%). There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer patients can shorten the time of surgery and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.
