从中医"毒"邪的角度探讨中医治疗论述类风湿性关节炎的有效性。主要从中西医结合的角度阐述类风湿性关节炎的病因病机以及发病机制,从中医以及"毒"邪的产生,邪正关系、病理性质等方面论述类风湿性关节炎,从而推导出治疗类风湿性关节炎的治疗中医大法是以"祛邪通络止痛"为主,同时兼顾及"毒"邪治疗的相关注意事项,并通过两侧案例佐证类风湿性关节炎的治疗方案,从而证明从"毒"邪论治类风湿性关节炎在临床上的有效性和实用性,为广大类风湿性关节炎患者提供更好的中医药治疗思路及方法,为从"毒"邪论治类风湿性关节炎提供相应的思路。

To explore the effectiveness of TCM in treating rheumatoid arthritis from the perspective of "toxin" in TCM. The etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis in traditional medicine, as well as the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis in modern medicine, were discussed from the aspects of the generation of "toxic" pathogen, the relationship between pathogenic factors and pathogenic nature of rheumatoid arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine, and the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis was deduced. The main method of Chinese medicine for inflammation is to "dispel evil, dredge collaterals and relieve pain", and at the same time give consideration to the relevant points for attention in the treatment of "toxic" evil. The treatment scheme of rheumatoid arthritis is supported by two cases, thus proving the clinical effectiveness and practicability of treating rheumatoid arthritis from "toxic" evil theory, and for the vast number of rheumatoid arthritis. Inflammation patients to provide better Chinese medicine treatment ideas and methods for the "toxic" evil theory of rheumatoid arthritis to provide the corresponding ideas.
