高血压眩晕子午流注穴位按摩联合贴敷护理研究

Study on the Nursing of Ziwuliuzhu Acupuncture Point Massage Combined With High Blood Pressure and Dizziness

目的探讨子午流注指导下高血压眩晕患者头部九宫穴位按摩联合吴茱萸穴位贴敷中医护理干预临床效果。方法选取高血压眩晕失眠患者60例作为研究对象。将其随机纳入对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规降压助眠药物治疗及辩证施护;观察组在对照组降压药物治疗基础上,实施子午流注指导下择时头部九宫穴位按摩联合吴茱萸穴位贴敷中医护理干预。干预周期1周,对比两组患者血压控制水平、眩晕症状改善情况及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果两组患者干预前高血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后,两组血压控制水平及眩晕症状情况均较干预前改善明显,但观察组降低幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组临床症状改善总有效率及睡眠质量均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过子午流注指导下择时行头部九宫穴位按摩合吴茱萸穴位贴敷,可显著改善患者眩晕症状和睡眠质量,操作简便,患者易于接受,充分发挥中医特色护理优势。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ziwuliuzhu acupuncture point massage of the head and the acupuncture point of the Wuji acupoint on the patients with hypertensive vertigo under the guidance of meridian flow. Method 60 cases of patients with hypertensive vertigo and insomnia were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine antihypertensive drugs and dialectical nursing. In the observation group, on the basis of antihypertensive drugs in the control group, the patients were given Jiugong point massage combined with Wuzhuyu acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention under the guidance of meridian flow. The intervening period was 1 week. The blood pressure control level, improvement of vertigo symptoms and sleep quality were compared between the two groups [Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]. Results There was no significant difference in the level of hypertension between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05). After the intervention, the blood pressure control level and vertigo symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention, but the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of improving clinical symptoms and the quality of sleep in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the guidance of meridian flow, the head Jiugong acupoint massage and Wushao acupoint application can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms of vertigo and sleep quality. The operation is simple, the patient is easy to accept, and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine are fully utilized.
