摘要
目的探析肾内科临床护理中实施风险管理的效果。方法选取2015年7月—2017年12月我院肾内科收治的98例患者作为研究对象。其中,49例患者护理中未实施风险管理纳入对照组,49例患者护理中实施风险管理纳入研究组,对比、分析两组临床护理风险事件、投诉发生情况,并通过问卷掌握患者护理满意度。结果研究组护理风险事件发生率为2.04%、投诉率为0.00%,对照组分别为16.33%、8.16%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);通过调查,研究组患者的护理满意度为97.96%,高于对照组的85.72%(P <0.05)。结论在肾内科护理中开展风险管理,有助于减少护理不良事件和投诉发生,且可提高患者护理满意度,临床意义重大。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing risk management in clinical nursing of nephrology. Methods 98 cases of patients admitted to our nephrology department from July 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 49 patients did not carry out risk management in nursing and were included in the control group. 49 patients were enrolled in the study group to implement risk management, to contrast and analyze the two groups of clinical nursing risk incidents, complaints, and through questionnaires to grasp patients’ nursing satisfaction. Results The incidence of nursing risk events was 2.04% in the study group and 0.00% in the complaint group, and 16.33% and 8.16% in the control group, respectively. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Through investigation, the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.96%, higher than 85.72% of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Risk management in nephrology care can help reduce adverse events and complaints, and improve patient care satisfaction, which is of great clinical significance.
