人性化全面护理对剖宫产术后康复的影响

The Effect of Humanized Comprehensive Nursing on Rehabilitation After Cesarean Section

目的探讨人性化全面护理对剖宫产产妇术后康复情况的影响。方法选择2015年7月—2018年4月于我院待产并择期拟行剖宫产分娩的产妇62例作为研究对象。根据入院时间的不同,将其分为研究组(n=31)与对照组(n=31)。对照组产妇采用传统护理模式干预,研究组产妇采用人性化全面护理模式干预,比较两组产妇的术后康复情况。结果研究组产妇的术后6小时、术后12小时、术后24小时、术后48小时疼痛评分明显比对照组产妇更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇干预后的心理状态评分、角色转换评分、新生儿照护能力评分、舒适度评分、安全感评分均比对照组产妇更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组产妇的术后康复效果比对照组产妇更优,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论人性化全面护理模式干预可有效改善剖宫产产妇的心理状态,降低产妇术后疼痛程度,促进产妇的角色转换,并有效提高产妇术后康复效果,产妇干预后的舒适度、安全感更高,护理效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized comprehensive nursing on the rehabilitation of cesarean section women. Methods 62 parturients who were waiting for delivery in our hospital from July 2015 to April 2018 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into study group(n=31) and control group(n=31) according to the time of admission. The control group was intervened by traditional nursing mode. The study group was intervened by humanized comprehensive nursing mode. The two groups were compared. Rehabilitation of women after operation. Results The pain scores of 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after operation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The psychological state score, role transition score, neonatal care ability score, comfort score and security score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Postoperative rehabilitation effect of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanized comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of cesarean section women, reduce the degree of pain after operation, promote the role transformation of women, and effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of women after operation. The comfort and safety of women after intervention are higher, and the nursing effect is good.
