The Effect of IKAP Nursing on Medical Compliance Behavior and Self-efficacy of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨IKAP护理模式对冠心病住院患者遵医行为、自我效能的影响。方法选择2016年1月—2018年3月我院收治的冠心病住院患者96例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将患者分为实验组(n=48)与对照组(n=48)。对照组患者实施传统护理模式干预,实验组患者实施"信息-知识-信念-行为"(information knowledge and belief behavior,IKAP)护理模式干预,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果实验组患者干预后的自我效能、领悟能力、自尊评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组患者干预后的遵医行为优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组患者干预后的生活质量、睡眠质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论IKAP护理模式干预可有效提高冠心病住院患者的自我效能,提高患者的遵医行为,改善患者的睡眠质量及生活质量,护理效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of IKAP nursing model on compliance behavior and self-efficacy of inpatients with coronary heart disease. Methods 96 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as thesubjects of study. The patients were divided into experimental group(n=48) and control group(n=48) by random number table method. The patients in the control group received traditional nursing intervention. The experimental group was given IKAP nursing intervention. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of self-efficacy, comprehension and self-esteem in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The compliance behavior of the experimental group after intervention was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life and sleep in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion IKAP nursing model intervention can effectively improve the self-efficacy of inpatients with coronary heart disease, improve their compliance behavior, improve their sleep quality and quality of life, and the nursing effect is good.
