脑梗死患者护理中实施综合化服务的效果观察

Observation on the Methods and Effects of Implementing Integrated Services in the Nursing of Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的分析为脑梗死患者提供综合化护理服务的临床效果。方法2015年2月—2017年9月,于我院收治的脑梗死患者中选取60例,随机分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合化护理服务,对比两组患者神经功能缺损、日常生活能力改善情况,其中神经功能缺损状况采用NIHSS评分评价,日常生活能力采用Barthel指数评价。结果观察组护理后NIHSS评分为(8.01±2.12)分,低于对照组的(15.63±7.52)分,Barthel指数为(85.63±2.68)分,高于对照组的(52.03±12.85)分,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.341 8,12.669 8,P <0.05)。结论为脑梗死患者提供综合化护理服务的效果显著,利于改善患者的神经功能缺损状况,提高日常生活能力。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of providing comprehensive nursing services for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods From February 2015 to September 2017, 60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group underwent integrated nursing services. The neurological impairment and improvement of daily living ability were compared between the two groups. The neurological impairment was evaluated by NIHSS score and the ability of daily living was evaluated by Barthel index. Results The NIHSS score of the observation group was(8.01±2.12) points, which was lower than that of the control group(15.63±7.52) points, and the Barthel index was(85.63±2.68) points, which was higher than that of the control group(52.03±12.85) points. The difference was statistically significant(t=5.341 8, 12.669 8, P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing service for patients with cerebral infarction has a significant effect, which is beneficial to improve the neurological deficit of patients and improve their daily living ability.
