Healthy Belief Model Education Combined With Foot Care to Prevent Diabetic Foot

目的研究健康信念模式教育联合足部护理行为干预预防糖尿病足的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月于黑龙江省医院住院治疗的糖尿病患者90例作为研究对象,将其均分为两组。其中,对照组45例,实施常规护理干预;观察组45例,在常规护理干预基础上,对患者实施健康信念模式教育联合足部护理行为干预,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组接受护理前后足部护理行为改善情明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组血糖控制情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组糖尿病足发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对糖尿病患者进行治疗时,采取健康信念模式教育联合足部护理行为干预方式能够有效预防患者出现糖尿病足,患者足部自我管理行为能够得到较大改善,糖尿病足发生率显著降低,是一种较为理想的糖尿病足预防护理方式。

Objective To study the clinical effect of health belief model education combined with foot nursing behavior intervention in preventing diabetic foot. Methods 90 cases of patients with diabetes who were hospitalized in Heilongjiang Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups. Among them, 45 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. In the observation group, 45 patients were given health belief model education combined with foot nursing behavior intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention, and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The improvement of foot care behavior in the observation group before and after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The blood glucose control in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of diabetic foot in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic patients, health belief model education combined with foot care behavior intervention can effectively prevent diabetic foot, patients’ foot self-management behavior can be greatly improved, the incidence of diabetic foot is significantly reduced, which is an ideal way of diabetic foot prevention and nursing.
