耳穴压豆在药物流产应用方面的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Ear Point Pressing Bean in the Application of Drug Abortion

目的探讨耳穴压豆在药物流产方面的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2016年9月—2018年1月于妇科行药物流产的早孕患者60例作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用药物流产及常规护理方法,观察组在其基础上增加耳穴压豆护理方法,对比两组患者早孕蜕膜组织排出时间、阴道流血时间、腹部疼痛程度及清宫率差异。结果观察组早孕蜕膜组织排出及阴道流血时间短于对照组,观察组腹部疼痛程度(VAS评分)轻于对照组,同时观察组清宫率亦低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论耳穴压豆护理方法应用于早孕药物流产者,可以缩短早孕蜕膜组织排出时间及阴道流血时间,减轻腹部疼痛程度并降低清宫率。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of ear point pressing beans in drug abortion. Methods 60 cases of early pregnant women who underwent medical abortion in gynecology from September 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. The control group was treated with drug abortion and routine nursing methods, while the observation group was treated with ear point pressing beans. The differences of decidual tissue discharge time, vaginal bleeding time, abdominal pain degree and uterine clearance rate between the two groups were compared. Results The time of decidual tissue excretion and vaginal bleeding in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The abdominal pain degree(VAS score) in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group. At the same time, the rate of uterine clearance in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The ear point pressing beans nursing method can shorten the time of decidual tissue discharge and vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy, alleviate abdominal pain and reduce the rate of uterine clearance.
