规范手术室配合及护理对心脏外科体外循环手术疗效的影响探析

Analysis of the influence of operation room coordination and nursing on the curative effect of cardiopulmonary bypass surgery

目的探讨规范手术室配合及护理对心脏外科体外循环手术的疗效影响。方法根据随机数字表法将我院40例实施心脏体外循环手术的患者均分为对照组和观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施规范化的手术室配合及护理,对比两组患者的术后手术观察指标和护理前后的焦虑、抑郁、生存质量评分情况。结果观察组患者术后拔管时间、固体食物耐受时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,护理后的焦虑、抑郁情况较对照组轻微,生存质量较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对心脏体外循环手术患者实施规范化的手术室配合及护理可有效改善术后各项指征,减少患者的负性情绪,改善生存质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of standard operating room coordination and nursing on the efficacy of cardiopulmonary bypass surgery in cardiac surgery. Methods 40 patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group implemented standardized operation room coordination and nursing. Postoperative surgical observation indicators and anxiety, depression, and quality of life scores before and after treatment. Results The postoperative extubation time, solid food tolerance time, time to get out of bed, and hospitalization time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group. The anxiety and depression after nursing were milder than those in the control group, and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized operating room coordination and nursing for patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery can effectively improve postoperative indications, reduce negative emotions and improve quality of life. It is worth promoting.
