心胸外科患者护理病案质量管理中微信平台应用价值分析

Application value analysis of wechat platform in nursing record quality management of cardiothoracic surgery patients

目的分析心胸外科患者护理病案质量管理中微信平台的应用价值。方法研究对象为我院心胸外科2016年11月-2018年7月护理人员27名,根据随机数字表法将其划分为两组,设为研究组(开展微信平台,n=15)和参照组(传统护理病案质控,n=12),对比护理病案缺陷发生率、病案书写新规定落实情况和质控满意度。结果研究组护理病案质量高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组护士质控满意度和病案书写新规定落实率也显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理病案缺陷率(6.67%)显著低于参照组(58.33%)(P<0.05)。结论心胸外科患者护理病案质量管理应用微信平台可将病案书写质量显著提升,同时可将护理病案缺陷减少。

Objective To analyze the application value of WeChat platform in the quality management of nursing records in patients with cardiothoracic surgery. Methods The study subjects were enrolled form the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of our hospital from November 2016 to July 2018. 27 nurses were divided into two groups according to the random method, which was set as the research group (developing WeChat platform, n=15) and reference group (traditional Quality control of nursing records, n=12), compare the incidence of defects in nursing cases, the implementation of new regulations for medical records and the satisfaction of quality control. Results The quality of nursing records in the study group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The implementation rate of quality control satisfaction and new medical record writing of the study group was also significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The defect rate of nursing records in the study group (6.67%) was significantly lower than that in the reference group (58.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The WeChat platform for the quality management of nursing records in patients with cardiothoracic surgery can significantly improve the quality of medical records and reduce the number of defects in nursing records.
