体检中心护士发生针刺伤原因及预防措施分析

Analysis on the cause and preventive measures of needle puncture in nurses of physical examination center

目的本研究旨在探讨体验中心护士发生针刺伤的原因,并从原因当中找寻到具体可行的预防及改进措施。方法本次研究所采用的方法是统计自2017年6月-2018年5月期间我院发生过针刺伤事件的50名护士。我院每天平均采血量大约为100例,而其中以静脉采血居多,研究表明在静脉采血中发生针刺伤情况较为频繁。以调查的方式统计出针刺伤发生的原因,并对护士发生针刺伤原因进行针对性的分析和讨论。结果在发生针刺伤的众多原因之中,培训力度不足及培训方法不当是其中的关键因素,所占据的比例也最高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在详细而全面地分析了体验中心护士发生针刺伤事件的原因后,采取积极有效的改进措施,能有效避免针刺伤事件的发生,切实降低针刺伤事件的发生率,保障护士工作者安全有序的开展护理工作。

Objective To explore the causes of needle stick injuries in nurses in the experience center, and tofind specific and feasible preventive and improvement measures from the causes. Methods The method adopted in thisstudy was to count 50 nurses who had experienced needle stabbing in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018. The averagedaily blood collection volume in our hospital is about 100 cases, and the majority of them are venous blood collection.The causes of needle stick injuries were calculated by means of investigation, and the causes of needle stick injurieswere analyzed and discussed. Results The study showed that among the various causes of needle puncture, inadequatetraining intensity and improper training methods were the key factors, occupying the highest proportion, and the differenceresults showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion After a detailed and comprehensive analysis of thecauses of needle stick injuries in nurses in the experience center, positive and effective improvement measures can beadopted to effectively avoid the occurrence of needle stick injuries, effectively reduce the incidence of needle stick injuries,and ensure the safety and orderly implementation of nursing work by nurses.
